I was going to say this maybe in a voicemail or email, but I might as well say it here: a) failures teach us more than successes, and b) everyone has bombed at something.  Which means, in fact, that instead of suddenly feeling like you don&#039;t belong because you think you bombed, quite the opposite happened: every &#039;regular&#039; has had that experience.  And I think if you keep coming back and put yourself out there, not even necessarily in an on-stage way but just as a presence up front, you&#039;ll start getting that feedback.  Right now they don&#039;t know if they should invest that much time in you, but that will change.  That&#039;s my guess, at least.

Way deeper and/or longer than a comment should be perhaps, but there you go.]]></description>
